Joe has been in Real Estate Sales with Town and Country since 2004 and has earned the Million Dollar Producer award. After retiring from Eastman Chemical Company, Joe assisted a friend with the startup of a small business, worked as a contractor for a local company traveling to major U.S. cities, remodeled and sold a flip home, and invested in rental properties and tracts of land for resale. These experiences have enabled him to look at all aspects of the real estate business first hand. “Helping others is what makes this job worthwhile and you always have unique problems to solve.”

Joe feels Real Estate has been a great second career for him by having the support and help from many in the Real Estate Community. “I believe in doing what’s right, do the best you can, and treat everyone the way you would like to be treated if the situation were reversed. Being trustworthy, committed to excellence and caring about each individual is a commitment that I will make to all of my clients.”

Joe and wife, Joanna, also an Affiliate Broker, work as a team at Town & Country Realty. “As a team, we provide customers with greater accessibility, increased effort, with maximum results.”

Joe has a BS Degree in Business Administration, is a U.S. Army Veteran and enjoys NASCAR and bicycling. He and Joanna are active members of Tri-Cities Baptist Church and reside in Gray with their 3 horses, 2 cats and dog.

Joanna retired from Eastman Chemical Company in early 2007 and is highly trained in Credit/Financial, Customer Service and Procurement, skills Buyers and Sellers need in a Real Estate Agent.  Her last position with Eastman was in Services Procurement where she developed and negotiated contracts with specialty contractors and earned the Certified Purchasing Manager designation through the Institute for Supply Management. Joanna uses her many years experience in contract negotiations to serve the best interest of her real estate clients. She also has obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR®) and the REALTOR e-Pro® certification which is designed to provide real estate professionals with the technology tools needed to assist consumers in the purchase or sale of a home.
